Inconsistent icon: one use triangle triangle the other make use triangle

Colibre use inconsistent icon for for "Next/Previous Track Change" and "Accept
Track Change and select the next one". The first use triangle while the later
use arrow. 

Step to reproduce:
1. Create a new Writer document
2. Enable Track Changes, do some changes
3. Enable/view Track Change toolbar (View > Toolbars > Track Changes)
