            Bug ID: 141293
Summary: Some keyboard shortcuts apply their assigned functions
                    twice, others behave normally
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.0.4.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: mader at inventati.org

Description:
Some keyboard shortcuts apply their assigned functions twice. For example, F1
opens two browser windows with LibreOffice help documentation. CTRL+B applies
twice the "bold" command. It makes the selected text bold and immediately
undoes it. Sometimes I am able to see the two transformations in progress. Same
for CTRL+I with "italic". CTRL+Z undoes twice the last action. CTRL+V copies
twice the previously copied text. CTRL+C probably copies twice the text, but I
will never be able to check it, obviously. CTRL+N opens two new documents,
CTRL+O opens twice the dialog box to choose a document to open. All these
functions work normally if done through their respective shortcut icons or menu
items. Very oddly, CTRL+U works fine. It underlies the selected text as
expected. Keys like SPACE, ENTER, BACKSPACE, letters in general, work normally.
I have reinstalled LibreOffice, reset user profile, both manually and via the
safe mode procedure, and the problem persists in at least Writer and Calc. It
started little time ago, I cannot remember exactly when.

OS/software details:

LibreOffice 7.0.4.2 (Debian package 1:7.0.4-3)

Debian (bullseye)
Kernel 5.10.0-5-amd64
Qt 5.15.2
KDE Frameworks 5.78.0
KDE Plasma 5.20.5

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Execute the keyboard shortcut CTRL+N.

Actual Results:
Two new documents are created and opened.

Expected Results:
Only one new document should be created and opened.

Reproducible: Always
