This is a continuation/spinoff of bug #137626
The Autofilter UI should be able to group date and time values just like Excel
does For date values this already happens.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attachment #166550 

Actual results:
The Autofilter dropdown lists values in a simple list, see attachment #166552.

Expected results:
Date and time values should be grouped like on attachment #166551 with
checkboxes for hours, minutes, seconds.
