Suggested Adding Row Functionality Improvements

With a single row selected you can right clicking to bring up a menu. The menu
has an option "insert". This allows adding a row or column or shifting of the
selected row or column.

However this insert option is missing when multiple rows are selected.

Our suggestion is to add the functionality of insert for when multiple rows (or
columns) are selected.

Further functionality would be to also allow for options to insert rows(or
columns) every n'th row ("n" being the number of rows between existing data
rows inserting a new row. Ie: every 2nd row you insert a new row).
This option would require the input of a starting row (or column).

Further more the option to insert these rows while including data from another
source (ie: a column on the same page or different page which would prompt to
remove existing data).
