I've updated this bug, according to the instructions received in the email.

P. S. Yes, I have now installed latest 7.0.5 (longest tested) version of LO,
and the bug is still present. It's still on 200 rows distance.

I'm not sure if this would be helpful, but for any case, including Version
Information details (as I didn't quite get what "leave a comment that includes
the information from Help - About LibreOffice" means.. only filling the forms
or copying the detailed info.. so copying it here):
