inwards (shrinking)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file (image frame borrowed from:
https://documentation.libreoffice.org/assets/Uploads/Documentation/en/GS5.0/GS50-GettingStartedLO.odt
2. Shrink it by dragging at a corner

Actual Results:
Switched focus

Expected Results:
Probably not
