bug 53026 seems to be about the calc main window, where cols can be resized.
This one here is about the import-dialogue, where right-clicking a header does
not give resizing options, in contrary to the description in bug 53026.

But yes, instead of add resizability, an easyer fix could be setting a
max-width, as suggested in bug 53026. 

But on second thought, i guess many people would also be annoyed if the preview
would cut long text without the option to see it all, since the whole point of
this dialogue is to see if the chosen settings are correct for the given source
data.
