If I JUST have a heading 1 style on an empty paragraph, then a Ctrl-Enter
creates a "Text Body" style on the second page. The first page has a Heading 1
style, with no numbering. (Text Body makes sense to me - I am both at the
beginning AND end in this case, so next style is Text.)

In the normal case where there is some text in the heading, the new page has a
numbered Heading style, but again the first page has a Heading style without
any numbering.
