Lost repro with AVI video attachment 158818 [details] in Windows if saved as
PPTX. 
PPT is saved but cannot be played in LO.

There are differences if video is inserted or drag&dropped and if saved as PPT
or PPTX. Small test on this in bug I'll duplicate
