Description:
If you display the Formatting Styles toolbar and customize it by checking the
Character Styles drop-down, the Paragraph Styles drop-down is displayed 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Display the Formatting Styles toolbar
2. Customize it by checking the Character Styles drop-down
3. You will see that the Paragraph Styles drop-down is displayed twice now 

Actual Results:
You will see that the Paragraph Styles drop-down is displayed twice

Expected Results:
Drop-downs for both the Paragraph Styles and Character Styles should be
displayed
