I think the sample attached to the response is not in line with my point.

I am attaching a screenshot of a bookmark panel that is opened so wide that now
it occupies 3" width of the screen (including borders, it is 4" wide). And yet
it cannot show more than 4 levels of bookmarks, as shown.

We cannot expect people to use a bookmark panel that is wider than this!
