The specific "Find no conversion for  to 'cm'!" errors likely got fixed by
Julien, see bug 139073.

However I highly doubt the UOF conversion in LO still works.  Nobody uses/tests
it regularly and the unittest coverage seems poor.

@Michael: If you don't mind, may I ask why the interests in UOF format?  Even
in China it's widely regarded as a abandoned and dead format.
