Description:
If the imported document has a section at the end of the document, the section
is removed on import. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer document
2. Open menu Insert -> Text from file
3. Choose file with section at the end of document

Actual Results:
No section imported from the document.

Expected Results:
Imported section exists in the document.
