There's a very short documentation about Javascript in the Getting Started
Guide, page 403.

What can be done in the short term is create a help page describing how to
create a Hello World in javascript based on the example available in the guide.

Currently there has been a huge effort in improving Python documentation in LO,
specially due the ScriptForge library, which allows Basic/Python
interoperability.
