Description:
Writer does not print comments to PDF.

Tried to export comments by
- File > Export as > Export to PDF... > Comments as PDF annotations

Successfully comment recognizing and printing on margin or at document end
- File > Print... > (In dialog box) Libreoffice Writer tab > Comments: choose
any

Steps to Reproduce:
Tried to export comments by
- File > Export as > Export to PDF... > Comments as PDF annotations
Unsuccessfully.

Actual Results:
PDF is printed, but comments are not included at all.

Expected Results:
Comments are included as annotations in the exported PDF.


Reproducible: Always
