Description:
First day using 7.1.3.2 in Debian 10 64-bit. I wanted to select a table to
remove the borders around the cells to apply just the border outside the table.
But when I clicked on Select Table, all the other icons became unavailable
(gray out). 
No problem using previous versions 7.0.0.3 and 7.0.3.1.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.- Create a table, with two columns, and three rows
2. - Select the table
3. - All features on the table bar become unavailable (gray out)

Actual Results:
Only one icon is available in blue, the Table Selected. The others are not
available, gray out.

Expected Results:
Table selected, all features available, like the Borders, so I could insert or
remove the lines around the table, then insert the line around the cells I
wanted.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
After table is selected in Writer, all the features on the bar should be
available.
