Description:
While attempting to reproduce bug 66312, I noticed that while there is space
between a section number and section title in the source document, there is no
space in the exported XHTML document. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment from bug 66312
2. Choose File->Export...
3. Save as type XHTML
4. Open XHTML file in a web browser

Actual Results:
No space between the section number and section title. I checked this in
Mozilla Firefox 78.10.1esr and Microsoft Edge 90.0.818.62. Look at the attached
export file.

Expected Results:
Space between the section number and section title, as shown in the source
document. 


Reproducible: Always
