I can't reproduce it either

CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 21382; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
Locale: es-ES (es_ES); UI: en-US Calc: CL

Please add the information on Menu/Help/About LibreOffice.

Test if changing Skia on Menu/Tools/LibreOffice/View, has same effect.

Does it happen with all files or with one particularly? If so, can you attach a
sample file with the issue for test.
