Description:
I can't drag and drop a text or its part inside a slide with layout title and
content. The mouse highlights the text only and the selection vanishes when i
am beginning the drag 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. to select of the text with mouse
2. to try to drag the selection
3. the selection vanishes

Actual Results:
the text remains the same position

Expected Results:
the text should move into a new position


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
