Description:
Page flow after hiding track changes differently between ODT & exported DOCX

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file 
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload
4. Edit -> Track changes -> Show -> Disable
5. File open ODT again
6. Edit -> Track changes -> Show -> Disable

Actual Results:
"Cumhuriyet’in İlanı(29 Ekim 1923)" heading doesn't move in DOCX

Expected Results:
Same as ODT


Reproducible: Always
