Reproducible with LO 7.2 alpha1, using this command:

/opt/libreofficedev7.2/program/soffice --headless --convert-to html:"HTML
(StarWriter)" --outdir HTML_StarWriter/v4132/ a.odt

Text is still orange and centred.

CSS is:

p { direction: ltr; color: #ff9900; line-height: 119%; text-align: center;
orphans: 2; widows: 2; background: transparent }

Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha1+ / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: e9da22d3308557640e0edc45f72b1897f016d19b
