First I thought this might be a duplicate of bug 89917. Then I tested with
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=113999 and detected: Not
only the events of write protected tablecontrol has been gone. The events from
mouse in editable tablecontrols has also been gone.

This works in LO 7.5.0.2, fails with LO 7.1.3.2 on OpenSUSE 15.2 64bit rpm
Linux.
