Description:
When openin the DUTCH Libreoffice writer the message/warning in Yellow appears
"ontbrekende afbreekgegevens Gelieve het pakket voor afbrekingen te installeren
voor de locale “nl”." (hyphenation rules)



Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Writer in Dutch language
2.

Actual Results:
when opening writer (DUtch version) the message appears directly in Yellow.

Expected Results:
message: Ontbrekende afbreekgegevens Gelieve het pakket voor afbrekingen te
installeren voor de locale “nl”.
