Tank you for reporting the bug. But there's a basic rule in Bugzilla: One
report for each problem.

I can't confirm this.

I confirm it with attachment 171816: List 1 includes a list style, but a list
ID only appears under Character Direct Formatting.
Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha1+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 4a9eef7849a75ba91806886ea9c96d114c8d56f9
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19043; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB
Calc: CL
Ajlittoz, let's reduce this report to the second problem. Please open a new bug
for scrollbar-problem.
