In this specific case I disagree with duplicate state. #128258 is about better
visibility of hidden columns / rows while this bug here is about the UI when
resizing a column / row. It touches on two aspects 1. preview while resizing
and 2. allowing to drag devider over next cell (which Apple Numbers or
Microsoft Excel do not allow). Both aspects are different than what is
discussed in #128258.
