tabStopsTripleSpacingc11.doc: shows general problem with
IgnoreTabsAndBlanksForLineCalculation that is not related to compatibility
mode.

It looks like SwTabPortion::PreFormat (either bFull or PrtWidth(rInf.Width())
can handle this.

One thing I hadn't noticed before is that some tab-only-lines are double-spaced
and some are single spaced, but in LO they show as single-spaced. That started
in LO 4.0 range
