Just for the record, the "Data provider" feature was removed from the menu
after this patch:
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/85541

Hence, I'll remove it from the menu documentation as well.

BTW, this command still needs to be removed from the Tabbed interface, which
will be done in a separate patch.
