Line spacing is temporally off (<1 second) when scroll down & back up (shift
occurs)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file (seen at zoomlevel 130 or 140%; not at 100%
2. Press and hold page down
3. Press and hold page up
Notice small shift up/down at yellow marked area's (only split second)
Window size doesn't matter (it does with bug 144862)
Actual Results:
Shift up/down
Expected Results:
Not so
Reproducible: Always
