Version: 7.3.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 7b31f7428a1469fa823538fe5cf9cf36bbe2df68
CPU threads: 12; OS: Windows 6.1 Service Pack 1 Build 7601; UI render:
Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: en-AU (en_AU); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded


Following the steps given in [comment 1] confirms behaviour described.

I noted that when I click over the text itself the correct alignment is shown
but further left of the Title text does not trigger the button to change to the
correct alignment.

If I then left align the title, the correct alignment is shown always and if I
right align it back again the correct alignment is always shown thereafter.
