An option to disable infobars has been added meanwhile, see
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=29575dc6a481f2548b3fcb0906138861aec03583

To disable infobars, go to Tools->Options->Advanced->Expert Configuration and
search for "Infobar". Then you can disable individual infobars. "Readonly" is
for the infobar which appears on readonly documents.
