I'm assuming the following is a Windows-specific bug.

- Open the start center (ie. start soffice without parameters),
- Pick Open File,
- Switch to a different application, then back to LO and the dialog.

=> The start center in the background isn't painted.

This is a regression that started between 7.1.0.3 and 7.2 beta1.
Still bad in LO Version: 7.3.0.0.alpha0+
(c2de581d1943df2d84f2b71817b6a8bee41f0217) / Windows.
