screen clips Tabbed NB on Windows set 100% scale, 1920px, 1140px and 1138px
In this set of screen clips of Tabbed NB with current trunk against 7.3.0,
Windows 10 with UI set a 100% on a Full HD monitor 1920 x 1080px
Top is at full 1920px width
Middle is with LO app frame reduced to 1140px
Bottom is with LO app fram reduced 2 more pixels to 1138px
Note how the padding for the Tabs completely collapses to just the text of the
Tab labels.
Control is not by absolute counts, my prior tests were with UI at 125%
scale--so it is being tested. But the effect on Windows builds is real, below
some app frame width the width calculation for the NB Tabs collapses to minimal
padding.
That collapse of padding should be incremental.
