Your last photo clearly shows the problem and I can confirm it on macOS 11.5.2,
LO 7.2.0.4.

The problem is the rounded corners for the icon toolbar at the top. Clearly
there should not be rounded corners. The rounded corners should only exist for
the title bar. So with LibreOffice you have this double rounded corners
situation which is not ideal.

-> NEW, lowering priority and removing macOS version as it is not limited to
10.13 but a general problem on macOS.
