Your problem is you try to insert the formula for transpose 982 cells in AP
column. AP column is 46th column. Calc allows you to use only 1024 column. So
let's calculate 982+46=1028! It's bad Calc doesn't work silently of course.

If you'll try insert your formula in AK column it will work as expected.
