Description:
happens when i create a new document and try to delete contents of 1st page
header or footer

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create new doc
2.insert page break
3.modify default style header/footer to different on first page
4.select header text on p1, delete or backspace 

Actual Results:
Writer crashes

Expected Results:
should not

tested using v6.4 worked as it should, thus regression?


Reproducible: Always
