Noticed this as well and was very confused but did not have the capacity to
report. Entering a number and receiving something different by the software is
a recipe for user frustration.

Setting to NEW, I don't believe showing 4 digits is what users want or need. I
acknowledge lacking the technical background of understanding the rounding
issues resulting in different values than what the user entered, but there must
be a better way to handle this.
