Description:
Opening the Mail Merge Wizard does not show any dialog, and makes Writer
unresponsive.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Got to Tools > Mail Merge Wizard

Actual Results:
LibreOffice hangs, the dialog does not show. The interface is unresponsive. The
only option is to force quit the application.

Expected Results:
The dialog opens normally.


Reproducible: Always
