It was never reported as a bug but as an enhancement suggestion. However, I
agree that the Data>Sort & Tool Button Sort both perform the desired function.
Great care needs to be exercised in the array selection because I imagine
selecting only half the columns of an autofiltered array with cell references
into and out from the sort filter array and then sorting on a custom list has
great potential for.................
