Just checked the latest version of LO 7.2.1.2 after installing this morning. 
The same action occurs with respect to the collapse of the application when
opening a file with a macro being enabled.  see previous report dated
2021-03-19.  It seems to me that this is more than of medium importance in the
proper functioning of the program so I have up-marked it to major.  Although I
have uploaded my template in the past, you will need to have registered
databases attached.  The ones attached are addresses and CRF-A which is a
database of project information which has proprietary information on it.
