As you know ...

I found 
$ORIGIN/share/skia/skia_denylist_vulkan.xml
, so I tried rewriting the 
<entry os="all" vendor="amd" compare="less_equal" version="2.0.49">
line to 
<entry os="all" vendor="amd" compare="less_equal" version="2.0.83">
, and of course LibreOfficeDev started without any problems.
