I understand you POV, but it's always possible that such observations are
reported and QA has to decide how to handle it.

I also understand this POV and I don't think that documentation can or should
describe everything.

But I also think, that work on QA will be much easier, if relevant informations
are not only hided in previous bug reports but somewhere you have easy access
to.
