Description:
With the latest versions, after years of using the same pc, using the default
icon style (Colibri - automatic) when I open a new document the text and
highlight color icons have a black background. If I set the icon in svg it
doesn't happen.
I tried to boot into safe mode and everything works fine.
I have experimented with the various styles of icons and the problem always
arises.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open writer
2.open a new document
3.change icon style with svg

Actual Results:
the text and highlight color icons have a black background.

Expected Results:
icons have to be the same with the same style


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes



Additional Info:
for now I realized it only happens with those two icons (as you can see from
the screenshot).
