My best understanding of the subject

Please provide a detailed description of all the parts of a page that affect
the layout, ideally with a diagram as well.

By experimentation and reading I believe I worked it out, although I could well
be wrong.  I have documented my understanding, with a diagram.

It would be great if such information could be provided for the Writer
documentation, ideally including the new feature introduced in 7.2.1, the page
style gutter.
