I have had this bug since I've been using LibreOffice, for almost 3 years now,
both on Gtk and Kf5.

The best way to reproduce it is to create a rectangle and set a large line
width (f.i. 3 pt to make the export error more noticeable). Then select the
rectangle and Export only the selection. You'll notice that the bottom and
right borders are cropped as though LO did not consider the external size of
the shape.
