The ticket is marked as resolved, but the problem is not really resolved.

1. Would it not be possible, to re-open the old ticket: Then every one would
see that it is an very old story. BTW: my last posting also showed that this is
still an etching inflammation... If I would file a new ticket and alF would
file another one, things might run apart again.

2. From a centralized standpoint (if you prefer to keep closed tickets closed):
Would it not be better in such a case to "promote" such "late reopen"-cases as
new cases, automatically providing links to old duplicates or quasi-duplicates?

Just at the moment I refrain from filing a new ticket for
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=87720#c63 because there is
a risk that simultaneously a duplicate from alF is posted.

I just try to reopen this old ticket instead.
