An example of a squished tooltip

You can see the text is squished, and is attempting to show the "Data Point"
and "data series" values.  You can also see the outline of a previous (or
future?) tooltip behind it.

Squished tooltips seem to happen less frequently, or are simply harder to catch
due to redraw times.
