Fileopen DOCX: 3 pages instead of 2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 175152
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload

Actual Results:
3 pages after export & reload

Expected Results:
2 -> Same file opens with two pages with 6.4


Reproducible: Always
