Version: 7.3.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: b733ccad171e6def8fbdb93f31875dfdea47bdc6
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19043; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB
Calc: CL

You can click in any cell to get that result. Same result, if you delete
bookmark.

Dave, a rtf file without bookmarks works as exepcted?
