Description:
1) Use a browser to open the following link :

https://help.libreoffice.org/7.2/tg/text/shared/explorer/database/dabawiz02odbc.html

2) Notice how some of the links to other content are in cyrillic characters,
whereas the content is in English

Expected Results:
Links should be in a language that is coherent with language of help text
