Description:
UI: Comment box starts flashing on keypress when in table

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Double click the XXXX section in table (with comment)
3. press and hold a key (say a) -> notice the comment box flashing

Actual Results:
Flashing

Expected Results:
Not so


Reproducible: Always

Skia uses the OpenGL code path (as far I'm aware). GDI known the blink. So
focus in OpenGL.. [didn't try a Linux backend yet]
